Congratulations to Yarmouth’s C@P Crusaders who are the winners of last summer’s Youth Video Contest. Team members (Jevin Corkum, Joel Doucet, Chris Frotten, Megan Fitzgerald, and Angelle Jacquard) win a Sony Handi-Cam. Click here to see their unique footage for your own eyes.
The C@P Crusaders took an innovative approach to depict what the Community Access Program (C@P) is all about. The video portrays two young C@P interns spreading the word about C@P and helping the citizens of the Yarmouth area to become technologically savvy.
The winning group generously decided to donate the Handi-Cam to the South West Nova Community Access Society (SWNCAS). The camera will be a great addition to the region and SWNCAS would like to express their gratitude to the five individuals for their contribution.
Thanks to each and every one of the 16 groups and individuals who entered the contest.
Have a look at their work and you'll see it was no easy task selecting a winner.
We would like to send a special thank you to the judges who volunteered their time to participate in the evaluation process.
